Kitchen Remodeling in Cumberland County, NJ
Hammertime Construction recently completed an expansive renovation renovation in Burlington County, New Jersey. This project included a kitchen renovation and moving the bathroom to an oversized closet to increase dining room space. The homeowners wanted a to increase space without losing a bathroom and upgrade both their kitchen and first floor bathroom. The result maximized their space with a fully functionally bathroom and updated kitchen with modern cabinets and appliances.
Design Elements
This was a huge transformation! To ensure proper layout Matt Hammer, owner of Hammertime Construction, used 3d 2020 design software for the layout of both the kitchen and bathroom areas. The previous bathroom was in the dining room area which did not provide ample dining space. To maximize functionality the full bathroom was moved in an oversized closet. The additional space provided ample room for a full size island. The results provided the homeowners with an open, modern, but classic kitchen space and a full size bathroom that did not sacrifice focal points.
Choosing the Materials
The Kitchen was upgraded to a modern, but classic style. The kitchen project included an island, 21st Century solid wood cabinetry, butcher block countertops, farmhouse sink, wall oven with built-in microwave to maximize functionality, recessed lighting, pendant lighting, and gold fixtures to finish off the kitchen aesthetics. The bathroom maximized the previous closet space with a full layout design.
