Hammertime Construction recently completed a full bathroom and laundry room remodel in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The original space felt dated and lacked both comfort and functionality. The homeowners wanted a modern, spa-like bathroom with upgraded features that would enhance everyday living while improving organization and flow.

This remodel was centered around comfort and luxury. Heated tile flooring was installed to provide warmth during colder months, adding a level of everyday comfort that homeowners truly appreciate.
A Signature Hardware Reece 66 inch acrylic freestanding tub serves as the focal point of the room. The tub features an integrated drain and overflow system along with foam insulation designed to keep bath water warmer longer, creating a true spa experience at home.
The layout was carefully planned to allow for two separate 4 foot vanities, providing ample counter space and storage while maintaining balance and symmetry in the room.
Material Selection: Custom Tile and Granite Features
The custom tiled shower elevates the space with detailed craftsmanship and premium materials. A granite shower niche provides built-in storage while adding contrast and durability. The granite bench enhances both comfort and visual appeal, tying together the shower’s overall design.
Recessed lighting brightens the space evenly, while detailed trim work adds a clean, finished look throughout the bathroom.
Laundry Room Upgrade: Function Meets Organization
As part of this project, the laundry room was also fully remodeled. Eight new cabinets were installed to maximize storage and reduce clutter. A custom platform was built to improve accessibility and functionality, creating a more efficient and organized workspace.
By renovating both the bathroom and laundry area together, the homeowners now have a cohesive, modern space that improves both comfort and day-to-day practicality.
